E. & J. Gallo Winery, the world’s largest privately held wine company, relied on a six-person campus recruiting team to source talent across about 60 universities while managing dozens of events and thousands of resumes. To scale relationship-focused recruiting and reduce administrative burden for campus outreach, they partnered with Yello and adopted Yello’s campus recruiting tools (including mobile check-in and the Hello App).
