Case Study: SCT Transport achieves end-to-end freight visibility and theft prevention with Xtralis ADPRO security

A Xtralis Case Study

Preview of the SCT Transport Case Study

Transport company implements a state of the art security solution to monitor its vast facilities from a central location

SCT Transport is an Australia-wide logistics company founded in 1974 whose facilities span vast areas and routinely handle freight through multiple depots. They faced persistent theft and traceability problems—preloaded pallets sometimes arrived missing or damaged and management struggled to determine what happened as stock moved between sites.

Working with Australian Security Rentals, SCT deployed an integrated ADPRO solution (FastTrace, VideoCentral, PRO PIR detectors) tied to PTZ and fixed cameras, electric fencing, alarms and access control, with centralised monitoring and interactive maps. The system captures vehicle and container images, enables after-hours remote control and two-way audio from a VideoControlRoom, and now provides end-to-end freight traceability, eliminates pallet disputes with evidential video, improves OH&S and reduces stock and property damage while giving customers visibility of their freight.
