Swiggy, India’s largest food ordering and delivery platform, faced the challenge of managing and engaging a dispersed workforce of roughly 120,000 delivery partners with high operational overheads and inconsistent regional programs. To centralize rewards, communication and analytics, Swiggy selected Xoxoday and deployed the Xoxoday Compass platform to better cascade organizational priorities and track partner performance.

Xoxoday implemented Compass with automated rewards, feeds & announcements and integrated partner privileges, achieving 97% adoption and driving rewarding from 14% to 86% and redemption from 26% to 70% (measured increases of ~72% and 44% respectively), while reducing absenteeism by 14% and attrition from 8% to 4.5%. Xoxoday’s solution delivered measurable engagement gains, cost savings and operational efficiencies across Swiggy’s delivery network.
