Kroger, one of the largest U.S. grocery retailers with more than 2,000 stores across 34 states, faced a major food-safety and operational challenge: refrigerated and frozen foods were monitored manually every four hours, a time-consuming, error-prone process that risked product loss and customer safety and generated thousands of temperature incidents daily.

The solution cut mean time to respond to under two minutes, was deployed in over 1,000 stores, manages tens of thousands of refrigeration incidents nationwide, and drove cultural changes in training, transparency and accountability to keep food safer for customers.
