Honeywell UOP, a multinational technology provider to the petroleum refining, gas processing and petrochemical industries, needed to improve the structure, messaging and efficiency of its technical and commercial proposals. Faced with formatting corruption, slow multi-office collaboration and inconsistent branding, Honeywell UOP selected Xait and its XaitPorter solution to address content management, template consistency and faster proposal creation.

Xait implemented XaitPorter beginning with a January 2019 pilot that included training and real-project use across three global locations; during the 3‑month trial 100 users produced more than 15 proposals (including bilingual documents). Within a year Honeywell UOP expanded to 300+ users and 250+ proposals, benefitting from Xait’s automated formatting, multi-user collaboration, content library, task assignment, approval workflows and autosave—delivering almost one year of time savings and a significant increase in proposals issued annually.
