Yale Door, the UK’s leading supplier of composite doors, needed a fast, engaging product configurator for its e‑commerce site that could be managed in‑house and also integrate with its Microsoft AX ERP for installers and employees. After evaluating options, Yale Door chose Xait and its XaitCPQ solution to allow rapid product and rule changes, improve the customer experience, and streamline order workflows.

Xait implemented XaitCPQ, integrating the configurator with the website and Microsoft AX, centralising configuration, pricing and graphics while requiring only a single day of staff training.
