Marcura launches MarDocs with the use of XaitPorter

Marcura Group, a maritime-industry company, launched MarDocs to automate the creation and management of charter party documentation and to improve efficiency, security and control of fixture contracts. To build this collaborative cloud-based tool for brokers and charterers and eliminate repetitive tasks and the need for “as per last,” Marcura Group partnered with Xait and used XaitPorter as the underlying Application-Platform-as-a-Service.

Xait implemented XaitPorter to deliver MarDocs as a secure, collaborative fixture-management solution that automates charter party creation, reduces time-consuming manual work, and lowers risk and cost. The Xait partnership enabled Marcura Group to substantially speed time-to-market and quickly launch the industry-focused solution; Marcura is also Xait’s first commercialized aPaaS client.
