Lhotellier enhances tender quality, visual appeal, and team efficiency with XaitProposal

Lhotellier, a century-old family group in France and Canada, needed a better way to create consistent, high-quality technical briefs and tenders across its many agencies. Before working with Xait, the team relied on Microsoft Word, which led to fragmented content, inconsistent branding, and heavy manual formatting effort.

Xait implemented XaitProposal to centralize content, automate page layouts, and standardize branding and document structure. The result was more visually appealing bids, better coherence in sales literature, and stronger internal engagement; since March 2020, Lhotellier has produced 250 bids with the tool, and customer feedback on its technical briefs has been very positive.
