IKM reported an increase in quality and efficiency in their tender creation

IKM, through its subsidiaries IKM Ocean Design and IKM Subsea, faced slow, file-based tendering across multiple international offices and needed a way to speed up collaboration and improve consistency on large, multimillion-dollar bids. To address this, they trialed Xait’s cloud-based bid solution, XaitPorter, in a three-month pilot starting in September 2014.

Xait implemented XaitPorter to enable parallel authoring, centralized content and cross-office collaboration, which improved branding consistency, productivity and bid management. The result: measurable efficiency and quality gains, expanded use of XaitPorter beyond tenders, and by March 2015 the two IKM subsidiaries had won several large contracts, demonstrating clear ROI for Xait.
