dinHMS (dinHMS-gruppen) is a nationwide Norwegian occupational health services provider that was struggling with manual, Word-based proposal production—fragmented sub-documents, version-control headaches, time-consuming formatting and numbering, and inefficient file sharing. Xait delivered the web-based XaitPorter solution with automatic formatting, real-time co-authoring, templates, workflow/task management and a reusable content repository, plus web training for staff. The result was consistent, branded documents, faster production and easier content reuse—dinHMS reports spending considerably less time on large documents, being able to retrieve past proposals instantly, and having “won quite a few contracts with public authorities,” demonstrating clear ROI from Xait.
