Franklin Energy, a provider of demand‑side management services to electric and natural gas utilities across the U.S. and Canada, needed to speed proposal creation, improve collaboration between remote offices, find and reuse previously drafted content, ensure branding consistency, and boost writing-team productivity. In late 2017 Franklin Energy piloted Xait’s document collaboration product, XaitPorter, to address these challenges.
