Eurotherm by Schneider Electric, a global manufacturer of industrial control and measurement instruments, needed to reduce pricing errors, give sales teams fast access to pricing and product information, and produce accurate quotes more quickly. To meet these needs they engaged Xait and deployed the cloud-based XaitCPQ® configurator and CPQ platform.

Xait implemented XaitCPQ® to capture complex pricing rules, auto‑generate correct part numbers, and integrate seamlessly with Eurotherm’s Salesforce.com CRM and ERP systems, while powering the miEurotherm partner portal for branded, multilingual quotes and price books. As a result Xait enabled more than a 50% reduction in quote preparation time, virtually eliminated data‑entry errors into the ERP, improved partner self‑service and reporting, and avoided additional CRM license costs.
