KIO Networks is a Mexican IT services firm operating across six countries with 1,000–2,500 employees. Managing eight compensation plans for over 200 payees in multiple currencies from a mostly manual process created high administrative burden, risk of errors and little real-time visibility for sales teams — making it hard to motivate and accurately reward performance.
KIO implemented Xactly Incent to automate its complex, multi-currency and multi-language incentive plans, providing real-time dashboards, commission statements and a mobile app for reps. The change reduced administrative time and errors, improved user adoption and motivation, and — through integrations with Salesforce, Steelbrick and SpringCM — helped streamline lead-to-cash processes across the organization.
