A WorkStep Case Study
GEODIS, a global logistics leader operating in 168 countries, needed a better way to understand and address hourly workforce turnover across its distributed facilities. To improve retention and stay ahead of staffing challenges, GEODIS partnered with WorkStep’s employee engagement platform to gather real-time feedback from frontline associates.
WorkStep helped GEODIS run engagement check-ins, centralize feedback, and give HR and Operations leaders actionable insights into turnover drivers such as workplace safety, scheduling, tools, career growth, and manager relationships. As a result, GEODIS achieved a 22% reduction in workforce turnover, a 9% increase in new-hire retention, and engagement rates 8% above industry benchmarks, with 80% of HR and Ops leaders actively using WorkStep.
