Launching Lattice University to Empower HR Professionals

Lattice needed a scalable customer education program to help HR professionals bridge the gap between traditional HR compliance training and the modern skills needed to build strategic people programs. With WorkRamp’s Customer Learning Cloud, Lattice launched Lattice University to train users on the Lattice platform and support more effective use of tools for performance, goals, manager enablement, and engagement.

WorkRamp helped Lattice design and launch Lattice University with structured learning paths, live instructor-led courses, knowledge checks, certifications, and gamification. The rollout generated strong results: within less than six weeks, Lattice reached nearly 1,700 unique users, 3,400 course registrations, and more than 800 Champ Camp attendees, with continued growth supported by WorkRamp’s Salesforce integration for tracking registrations and completions.
