Creating a Manager Training Program with Spot

Spot’s Learning and Development team needed to formalize leadership development as the company grew rapidly and many employees stepped into management roles for the first time. To address this challenge, Spot partnered with WorkRamp to build a manager training program called Drive to Leadership, using WorkRamp Guides as pre-work for live sessions.

WorkRamp helped Spot deliver an 8- to 10-week cohort-based program covering leadership topics like DISC, situational leadership, conflict resolution, and HR essentials. The results were strong: learner satisfaction rose from 3/10 to 8.15/10, applications grew from 5 to about 40 per quarterly cohort, more than 80 people completed the program, and roughly 12 to 15 participants were promoted afterward.
