Formalizing learning and development programming to drive 3X employee engagement

GT’s Living Foods needed a way to scale its learning and development efforts while making training easier to access and track for employees. The company worked with WorkRamp, using WorkRamp Content and the Development Tab to let learners self-select courses, support individual development plans, and provide direct access to learning content.

With WorkRamp, GT’s Living Foods also launched WorkRamp Events for in-person and virtual training, improved reporting on completions and scores, and reduced manual tracking. The team boosted engagement through “Top Learner” recognition and company-wide Learning Days, helping increase participation and better identify program improvements.
