With WorkRamp, Matillion delivered learning through multiple formats like text, flip cards, videos, and knowledge checks, while also adding badges and certifications to boost engagement. Using the WorkRamp API, Matillion pulled learning data into its data warehouse to improve decisions, helping drive product education and engagement at scale.
