Tai Tarian wanted to improve how colleagues could share feedback and raise concerns, moving beyond paper forms and unrecorded phone calls to a more efficient, GDPR-compliant digital approach. The organization needed additional communication channels that would work alongside its existing Freedom to Speak Up service, and it chose WorkInConfidence to help meet those needs.
WorkInConfidence implemented a cloud-based employee involvement platform with anonymous email feedback and a simple survey tool, supported by launch materials and guidance. The new channels have been widely adopted, with feedback and concerns nearly doubling thanks to increased confidence in anonymity, and Tai Tarian has also been able to collect and act on feedback more effectively in a compliant way.
