IBM piloted OKRs and adopted WorkBoard, pairing the platform with coaching and regular business reviews to make objectives and key results visible and measurable. Teams came up to speed in weeks, driving faster alignment and lateral collaboration, surfacing blockers earlier, reducing duplication, and reclaiming time for higher-value work—resulting in accelerated outcomes and clearer, enterprise-wide strategic clarity.
