Innovative Greeks provides job posting tools to industry leaders and tech startups

Innovative Greeks, an initiative led by SEV to connect Greek industry leaders and tech startups with specialized talent, needed a targeted, cost-free way to help members post jobs and attract high-quality candidates. To solve this, Workable launched IG@work, its first branded job board for the Innovative Greeks community, giving companies an easy way to share openings and reach a wider audience.

Workable’s solution included automatic job reposting, intuitive job curation, resume parsing, and a branded experience managed by the Innovative Greeks team to keep listings relevant and high quality. The impact was immediate: within a month, almost 120 companies had joined and more than 500 jobs were posted, with the platform expected to scale to around 100 new jobs per day and help support the goal of creating 50,000 jobs by 2026.
