Case Study: Trade Association Forum (TAF) grows member recruitment and talent access with Workable

How TAF helped its members get more talent for hard-to-fill jobs

Trade Association Forum (TAF) needed a better way to help its member associations recruit for hard-to-fill roles, as some vacancies were taking up to seven months to close and many candidates didn’t consider trade association jobs. TAF had also struggled with its own jobs board, which lacked enough applicant traffic and self-service tools, making recruitment administration time-consuming for members.

Workable partnered with Trade Association Forum to launch a branded job board, Jobs at UK Trade Associations, built on Workable’s platform. The solution gave members self-managed posting tools and a more professional recruitment presence, reducing admin burden and improving candidate access; since launch, more than 150 associations have joined and TAF reports more candidates coming through the board, with future revenue expected from partnerships and paid job ads.
