Case Study: Frosch Travel achieves 25% of hires via employee referrals with Workable

A Workable Case Study

Preview of the FROSCH Travel Case Study

Frosch Travel hires 25% of employees through Workable Referrals

Frosch Travel is a global corporate travel consultancy with about 1,800 employees across 40 offices that hires 200+ people a year. As the company grew, recruitment relied on manual job postings, paper applications and fragmented tracking, making it hard to find and evaluate candidates, train new hiring managers, manage scheduling, comply with GDPR in Europe, and plan staffing and budgets.

Workable centralized and automated hiring—syndicating job posts, enabling employee referrals, assessments and offers, supporting mobile collaboration and self-scheduling, and providing GDPR-ready workflows and historical reporting. The result: referrals accounted for 25% of hires (roughly 50 people) in a year, scheduling and manager collaboration improved, hiring decisions are now data-driven for better cost planning, and the referral feature paid for itself within the first three hires.
