Sodexo manages 5,400 digital personnel files online

Sodexo needed to move its HR operations into a new office without relocating paper personnel files, while also improving security and access to sensitive employee data. To solve this, Sodexo adopted WoodWing Software’s WoodWing Xtendis online digital archive to store all personnel-related documents, avoiding additional ICT investment because the solution is hosted in WoodWing’s data center.

WoodWing Software implemented a secure digital personnel archive with strong access controls, automatic document categorization, and one-click filing from MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. The system also automated archiving for hundreds of document types and made signed/unsigned tracking easier, while enabling secure online search and remote access; as a result, Sodexo gained a centralized archive, faster processing, and better control over document status and authorization.
