APS Group is an international marketing services business with over 900 staff that was hampered by siloed tools and office-specific processes. To centralize operations it needed a single asset store with version/revision control and flexible connections to its operations management (OM) and task management tools — and engaged WoodWing Software, using WoodWing’s cloud DAM solution, to help solve this.

WoodWing Software connected its cloud DAM to APS Group’s OM and task-management systems so briefs, projects and tasks trigger automated checkouts and upload URLs, letting studio staff work from a single task with links to assets and systems. The initial rollout to 80 staff and key clients made collaboration faster and more consistent, reduced time to market, and became a competitive differentiator when pitching new business — a solution APS Group calls a workflow “game-changer.”
