IVELA needed a better way to manage a growing volume of digital assets across multiple departments, including technical drawings, product photography, catalogs, and archive materials. Using shared folders and manual sharing methods made it difficult to find, reuse, and distribute files efficiently, so IVELA worked with WoodWing Software to find a more scalable digital asset management solution, specifically WoodWing Assets.

WoodWing Software implemented WoodWing Assets and integrated it with IVELA’s PIM system to centralize assets, improve searchability, and simplify sharing through online links. The result was faster access to files, better collaboration with customers and installation partners, reduced errors in product information, and automated catalog production that saved about one week of design time per month.
