Fetch was struggling to manage creative assets in Google Drive, which wasn’t built for digital asset management. The team dealt with slow file retrieval, version control problems, missing files, no history tracking, and a workflow that couldn’t scale with Fetch’s growth. To solve this, Fetch selected WoodWing Software’s WoodWing Assets to better organize, search, and manage its files.

WoodWing Software implemented WoodWing Assets as a centralized, cloud-based DAM that integrated with Fetch’s Jira-based workflow and was rolled out across creative teams with training and support. The result was much faster access to assets, cutting search times from 5–40 minutes to seconds, while also eliminating versioning issues and creating a scalable repository for all of Fetch’s creative assets.
