How CCEP Improved operational efficiency and brand management with WoodWing Assets

Coca‑Cola European Partners (CCEP) in Belgium and Luxembourg faced fragmented file‑storage systems and a non‑scalable legacy media library that made sharing large files slow, lacked visual previews, and forced one‑by‑one uploads. To modernize digital asset management and speed distribution of localized marketing materials in Dutch and French, CCEP evaluated several vendors and chose WoodWing Software’s Elvis DAM to replace the old platform.

WoodWing Software’s Elvis DAM was implemented (with partner Lab9 building custom integrations) and deployed within months, connecting the DAM to CCEP’s TrustBox retailer platform so images can be shared via hyperlinks rather than full uploads. The system is now used by more than 400 people, batch metadata enrichment and automated product updates have sped production and distribution, and the TrustBox “satisfactory rate” for complete product information rose to 80%; other departments are also adopting Elvis DAM, improving collaboration with agencies and retailers.
