Bea Zorg, a healthcare organization, was struggling with an outdated quality management system built on Office 365 and two SharePoint environments, which made document publishing cumbersome, reduced employee engagement, and created challenges around version control, authorization, and audit trails. The company wanted a more integrated, multifunctional solution and chose WoodWing Software’s WoodWing Scienta for document management, process support, and intranet functions.

WoodWing Software implemented Scienta as the central platform for policies, procedures, and internal communications, simplifying structure, improving searchability, and making reading obligations and audit tracking easier to manage. The results included faster access to information, greater employee independence, more ownership across the organization, and stronger engagement with the QMS, with Bea Zorg also handling around 60 to 70 change requests per quarter through the system.
