De Haan Minerale Oliën has digitized invoices with a connection between Xtendis and Lodder Software

De Haan Minerale Oliën, a growing family-owned fuel and retail organization with around 160 service stations in the Netherlands, wanted to move away from paper-based invoice processing. The company sought a digital solution that could streamline approvals and integrate with its financial administration package, Lodder Software. WoodWing Software’s WoodWing Xtendis was used for this transformation.

WoodWing Software implemented Xtendis to scan, recognize, register, and archive invoices digitally, with a working link to Lodder Software for data exchange and payment workflow. As a result, De Haan no longer needs to print invoices or collect physical signatures, invoices cannot get lost, and approvals are handled by the right person digitally. The solution also enables invoices to be directly retrievable from Lodder, improving control and efficiency across the process.
