How Yamaha Motor Europe optimized its content creation workflows

Yamaha Motor Europe needed to manage brochures and promotional materials in 26 languages across many stakeholders, while also keeping sensitive new-product assets secure and easy to find. Working with WoodWing Software and its WoodWing Studio and WoodWing Assets products, the team was struggling with disconnected systems that slowed content production and asset retrieval.

WoodWing Software implemented an integrated content workflow with digital asset management, page planning, content exchange, EasyCatalog Server, and integrations with InRiver PIM and Adobe InDesign. As a result, Yamaha Motor Europe could centrally manage workflows, automatically produce 26 language versions, and support more than 3,000 distributors; the team also improved collaboration and gained 24/7 access to press materials, successfully delivering all EICMA images on time, even with some arriving just one hour before the deadline.
