How Fratelli Carli gets ready for another century of customer-centric communication.

Fratelli Carli, the customer-centric Italian brand founded in 1911, needed to manage rapidly growing marketing campaigns and commercial content without creating duplicated assets and running into disk space issues. To solve this, the company looked for a new DAM and workflow platform, choosing WoodWing Software’s WoodWing Assets and WoodWing Studio to better centralize content, improve sharing, and support multichannel customer communication.

WoodWing Software worked with Fratelli Carli and GMDE to map and re-engineer the full process, then implemented and customized the solution before going live. The result was a more integrated production workflow, easier internal sharing, access for external agencies, and improved prepress productivity through InDesign integration; the platform now supports around 40 users across 10 roles and departments, while versioning and cloud capabilities helped optimize disk space and streamline content management.
