WNS implemented an analytical solution that mined demographic and transactional data from multiple sources. They identified variables impacting a customer's total spend potential, or 'size of wallet,' and used linear regression techniques to accurately map these variables. This enabled WNS to pinpoint specific loyalty member categories with a large spending capacity. As a result, the hotel chain could accurately predict which member categories to target, unlocking significant additional revenue opportunities.
