The Global Hotel Chain wanted to strengthen its loyalty program, grow its member base, and encourage repeat stays, but needed a better way to target frequent travelers with marketing campaigns and promotional offers. WNS helped address this challenge using analytics services, including its proprietary “Lift” and “Success” models, to identify the hotel chain’s most profitable guest segments and improve campaign targeting.
WNS then used these models, along with customer segmentation and a logistic regression model, to optimize incentives and promotional offers across member groups.
