Its manual, fragmented processes across acquired business units created compliance gaps, duplicate invoices, and cash flow issues. WNS implemented a transformation solution built around standardization, a centralized CoE, and RPA-driven process controls to identify duplicate invoices, flag non-standard transactions, and improve compliance. The results included about USD 2 million in duplicate payments identified for recovery, cycle time reduced from 15 days to 6 days, and an 80% reduction in duplicate invoices. WNS also helped free over USD 100 million in working capital, generating annual interest savings of nearly USD 0.8 million.
