Leading Hotel Chains, a global hotel operator with properties across multiple brands and locations, wanted to strengthen revenue management and drive growth across all its hotels. The challenge was to identify which of the many performance metrics actually influenced revenue, and WNS was brought in to help with analytics and revenue management insights.
WNS identified Revenue Growth Index (RGI) as the key metric, then analyzed more than 5,800 variables using a three-stage clustering model to isolate the main drivers by hotel group. This helped Leading Hotel Chains uncover operational bottlenecks and sharpen marketing strategies, enabling better business decisions and stronger revenue management across its portfolio.
