Global Electronics Manufacturer, a leading worldwide maker of electronics and IT products, faced a fragmented procurement setup across 27 European legal entities with different processes, multiple languages, and limited visibility into spend and compliance. It needed to centralize procurement while supporting operations across several countries and languages, and improve control over sourcing and purchasing.

WNS implemented a centralized procurement hub using a unified procure-to-pay process built on SAP SRM, along with supplier master data management, supplier rationalization, a procurement helpdesk, and change management support. WNS helped manage the client’s EUR 1 billion spend more effectively, increased managed spend to about 84%, improved procurement policy compliance to around 90%, and resolved 95% of helpdesk queries without escalation.
