Winnow helped Iberostar cut food waste by 35%, saving 300,000 meals and $290,000. The company also discovered it was throwing away about 35% of its croissant production, allowing it to reduce output while improving quality. In one hotel alone, the partnership with Winnow has already avoided 120 tons of CO2 emissions, supporting Iberostar’s carbon-neutrality goal for 2030.
