With Winnow’s scales, cameras, and analytics, Hilton’s kitchens used real-time waste data to adjust portion sizes, reduce variety where needed, and better match production to demand. The Green Breakfast Campaign delivered a 62% reduction in food waste, prevented 30 tonnes of CO2 emissions, and saved 17,000 meals from landfill.
