Shippers Supply, Inc. is an independent wholesale distributor of shipping, packaging and industrial solutions serving the upper Midwest. Needing more than basic contact management from GoldMine, Shippers Supply sought a complete CRM/SFA/BI solution that would sync with their Infor10 Distribution (FACTS) ERP, provide mobile access and give visibility into the sales pipeline — and selected White Cup’s Tour de Force CRM to meet those needs.
White Cup implemented Tour de Force with tight Infor FACTS integration and developed a two‑way sync so contacts, accounts and sales data flow bi‑directionally between systems. Deployed in 2011 with the 2‑way sync completed in early Spring 2012, the solution unified roughly 17,000 contacts for 32 users, eliminated duplicate contact sets between Sales and Customer Service, improved pipeline visibility and decision‑making, and enabled plans to expand reporting, alerts and mobile/tablet use.
