White Cup implemented Sherpa CRM to mine customer data, segment accounts by vertical and horizontal markets, and guide targeted marketing and sales campaigns. The result was measurable growth, including $329,645 in total revenue, 636 leads generated, a 23.9% appointment rate on contacted leads, 38 opportunities booked, and increases of 38% in website visitors and 57% in pageviews in 2020.
