White Cup migrated Darcoid from an on-premise BI setup to White Cup BI in the cloud, delivering faster reporting, enhanced charting, and easy-to-use real-time dashboards (including a “daily check-in” showing cash, sales backlogs, orders and invoices). The change improved decision-making, inventory planning and working-capital management, eliminated the need for additional servers, and enabled AI-powered predictive sales forecasting that was within $7,000 of actual revenue in a multi-million-dollar month.
