To achieve this, FSCS partnered with WeThrive to gain deeper, more actionable insights into their workforce's needs, moving away from the limitations of anonymous surveys.

WeThrive provided FSCS with its non-anonymous survey platform, which delivered individual-level insights. This allowed managers to pinpoint and address specific employee concerns, such as Covid-related anxieties about commuting. The solution enabled FSCS to take targeted actions, including redesigning their office for hybrid work and implementing mental health support. As a result, FSCS saw employee perception of its culture rise from 43% to 86% positive and achieved an eNPS score of 55.
