OB-GYN Practice Increases Mammograms with Automated Outreach

Northeastern OB-GYN, a women’s health practice, wanted an effective way to promote newly available in-office mammogram screenings and encourage more patients to get annual preventive care. The challenge was reaching the right patients with a targeted, cost-efficient message, and the practice turned to West Corporation’s automated outreach and notification service, TeleVox.

West Corporation sent automated phone messages to patients, inviting eligible women to schedule mammograms and offering immediate transfer to the office with a key press. The campaign reached 2,177 answered calls, drove 127 transfers, and achieved a 5.8% immediate transfer rate. With each mammogram generating about $150 in revenue, the effort represented roughly $19,000 in planned revenue and an estimated return of $45 for every $1 spent with West Corporation.
