The campaign reached 2,177 answered calls, drove 127 transfers, and achieved a 5.8% immediate transfer rate. With each mammogram generating about $150 in revenue, the effort represented roughly $19,000 in planned revenue and an estimated return of $45 for every $1 spent with West Corporation.
