Waystar implemented a single, smart platform integrated with Renown’s Epic EHR—consolidating billing, enterprise payment processing, PatientWallet®, Billpay, IVR, lockbox, guest pay and text-to-pay for real-time reconciliation and personalized digital billing. The results included a 21% increase in patient payments, a 50% reduction in patient AR days, 3.8× more payments via PatientWallet®, a 53+ patient NPS, 100% patient portal adoption and a 37% email open rate (13.3% above industry), accelerating collections and improving patient satisfaction.
