Texas Retina Associates, a Dallas-based national leader in retina sub-specialty care with 14 locations and 18 specialists, faced a revenue-cycle reporting problem: manual Excel-based reports consumed 30+ hours per week and were often outdated. As a result of Waystar’s tools and insights, Texas Retina Associates increased net collections by 4%, reduced AR days by 31%, and lowered its denial rate by about 60% (from 5% to under 2%).
