Nyaho Medical Centre, a leading Ghanaian hospital with nearly 50 years of service, was facing heavy daily patient volumes of 400–500 and persistent problems with long, unexplained waits, disordered queues and difficulty navigating multiple departments. To reduce operational costs and improve reception efficiency, Nyaho Medical Centre engaged Wavetec and invested in a patient flow management system.
