The Ministry of Commerce & Investment, tasked with registering businesses and handling large daily volumes of company‑related services under Saudi Vision 2030, faced long queues and the need to improve citizen experience and operational discipline. To address this, the Ministry engaged Wavetec to deploy its Queue Management System, including Ticket Dispensing Units, multilingual self‑service kiosks, digital signage and counter display hardware.
Wavetec’s solution—combined with Spectra live reporting and customer feedback tablets at each counter—routes visitors to the right service (60 categories), displays calls on LCD counter units and shows instructional content on a 55" waiting screen. The deployment organizes queues, reduces waiting times and counter chaos, collects satisfaction metrics for management, serves up to 300 customers per location per day, and gives the Ministry real‑time statistics to improve decision‑making.
