I&M Bank, a prominent African financial institution in Kenya, wanted to improve its in-branch customer experience by reducing bottlenecks, enabling better department-wise customer flow, and strengthening reporting. To achieve this, the bank partnered with Wavetec and adopted its queue management and self-service solutions.
Wavetec implemented a customized Queue Management System with self-service kiosks, digital signage, audio alerts, Forex LCD signage, and the Spectra reporting dashboard. The rollout improved customer flow, enhanced real-time operational reporting, and created a more engaging branch experience, with the solution already deployed in 12 branches and now being expanded to 48 more locations.
