Swiss Post, the national postal service of Switzerland, wanted to improve service quality and customer support across its 800 locations. To address these challenges, Swiss Post selected Wavetec and its customer flow management and self-service solutions to replace its existing branch experience with a more efficient system.

Wavetec implemented a tailored solution including Lobby Leader, a centralized cloud engine, dashboard management, web ticketing, QR scanning, WebSDU, and API integrations with Swiss Post’s teller software and app. Deployed across 139 branches, the rollout improved queue handling, reduced paper waste, enabled smoother ticketing and branch operations, and delivered a more accessible, customer-friendly experience with better visibility into performance and wait times.
